Casa Bella is a new, unique, 1800 sq ft condo located on the 3rd floor in lovely Sueno del Mar with stunning views of the Pacific Ocean and Chahue Bay. Our spacious terrace overlooking the pool area has a large table perfect for enjoying drinks while watching the sun set. This private, end-unit 2 bedroom condo has no common walls, has been exquisitely decorated and has many amenities including flat screen TV's, marble floors, 11 ft ceilings, a washer-dryer and a gourmet kitchen, just to name a few. If you bring your laptop along, there is wireless throughout the condo and by the pool and beach clubs.
Life in Mexico is mainly about outdoor living but on those evenings that you feel just too hot to sit outside, Casa Bella has air conditioners in each room and ample seating around the large dining table. There are comfortable large chairs and a sofa in the living room. The two bedrooms have king sized beds and walk-in closets.
Located in the 5-Star, gated community of Sueno del Mar, with 24 hour security, Casa Bella is centrally located - walk to restaurants, shopping and a supermarket within minutes. Tennis is available in the spa/health club next door and golf is a 10 minute cab ride. Perfect for families!
We have a local administrator that oversees our guests so that all of their needs are met and they have a great time during their stay. Her helpful staff can organize transport to and from local resorts, book any excursions you may want and answer any questions you may have.

- “Casa Bella was the perfect choice, it is located on a beautiful beach. It is appointed perfectly, not as a rental but as a home, it wants for nothing. The building is quiet so there is no noisy neighbors. The entire property is beautifully maintained, the pool is clean and in perfect condition. The beds are really comfortable, a rarity in Mexico. Having a washer/dryer in the condo makes life wonderful, you don’t have to pack so much! The location is perfect because taxis are cheap and plentiful, there is no need to rent a car and the cute little town is an easy 10 minute stroll, and is safe to walk, day or night, loads of great restaurants and stores to chose from, condo staff very attentive, requests for more bottled water were attended to quickly. Owners respond quickly to any inquires or questions, and really care that renters enjoy their stay. We know the area of Huatulco well and this would be our top choice.”

- What could be better than a week at Casa Bella, well let me tell you, two weeks are. We stayed in Casa Bella in late January and early February 2010. The suite is equiped and appointed well. The property is staffed with pleasant professionals, the pool and BBQ are great and the location is very good. It is a brand new location and is remarkably pleasing. If there is anything wrong with this property, well we may find it on our next visit. Stay tuned.

Casa Bella was so incredibly beautiful and tranquil. We were able to make breakfast and cook a little bit, so we were very appreciative of your well stocked and organized kitchen. We swam in the pool almost every night and were able to see the stars (which we are never able to do in Chicago because of all the light pollution). Thanks for renting it to us. It was absolutely gorgeous and exceeded all of our expectations. Casa Bella and Huatulco, in general, felt so incredibly safe...it really put us at ease. We walked to Super Che often at night and felt incredibly safe. Huatulco and Casa Bella are truly hidden gems in Mexico, and we definitely look forward to being able to visit again! :)
- Although I grew up in Texas, I had never been to Mexico. That all changed when my girlfriend and I traveled to Huatulco and stayed in the beautiful (hence the name) Casa Bella. The minute we arrived at the airport we knew that this would be a magical place and we were right. Since we visited during the "rainy" season, the drive to Casa Bella was lush with green jungle terrain, but that was nothing compared to the beaches and the view we had from Casa Bella. The condo is lovely and well equipped, the pool relaxing and the view spectacular. I hesitated writing this review since I would love to keep Huatulco and Casa Bella all to myself. I would go back tomorrow if I could and would live there if I could find the work. It is a little slice of heaven on earth and I recommend Casa Bella to anyone and everyone.
